LogCapIV

Titan Services partners with a large Prime Contractor to support the US DOD contingency operations under the IDIQ LogCap IV Contract. Our support of this contract extends to the countries within Africa, the African Union and the African regional security organizations ( to include Djibouti, Somalia, Niger, Cameroon, etc.). Titan’s two warehouses in Houston, TX, and Dubai, U.A.E. provide receiving, consolidation and export for these products. Movement of materials from both warehouses are via ocean, air, and part / full aircraft charter services from a Fokker 50 to a Boeing 747. Full visibility of product location with the supply Chain, EDI, cost allocation (down to the PO line) and KPI’s are provided for this statement of work.

AFRICAP

The Department of State’s Africa Peacekeeping Program is tasked with restoring regional peace and stability within the African continent by undertaking the training of local armed forces and enhancing their ability to deploy by land, air and sea. To support this program, we built an extensive logistics network within Africa which allows us to deliver critically needed supplies, military equipment and even entire mobile hospitals to remote locations within Somalia, South Sudan, Mali and Mauritania, Uganda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

APS-5 Afghanistan

The Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) program ensures our fighting forces have the supplies they need, when they need them. The APS-5 program’s area of operation is Southwest Asia. In support of this program, Forwarder has delivered over 5 million kilograms of supplies and equipment to Army camps and bases throughout Afghanistan over the past 5 years.

Warfighter FOCUS

The Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) program consolidates operations and maintenance for the U.S. Army’s live, virtual and constructive training systems around the world. These movements take place both CONUS and OCONUS and include training tools from individual soldier laser training devices to sophisticated multi-media and virtual reality trainers. Moving these high tech & ITAR goods requires coordination with both the army contacts onsite as well as the Senior Procurement Specialist within customer. Within the U.S., Forwarder has provided specialized equipment such as Power Only’s to move portable AVCATT and MCM3 simulators. Moves to OCONUS locations such Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon and South Korea require licenses and detailed transit information Forwarder has been able to consistently provide. This is critical due to the high visibility and timeliness of training efforts for the U.S. and Foreign Military. Forwarder has assisted in decreased Task order turn around support and increased effectiveness of timely training material delivery by working directly with the communications center in this ongoing effort.

Foreign Military Sales / Warehouse Storage

Forwarder has a contract to store Paveway missile parts for our customer in a secure warehouse. Forwarder endured an extensive security examination to win the contract to store these ITAR goods. As part our service, we manage their inventory and move the missile parts between their manufacturing site and our warehouse. We also kit and crate the parts and completed components for export to overseas consignees. Part of the kit and crating is to insure that we maximize space beginning at the box level to insuring that each container is maximized.

P8 Poseidon Maintenance

The P-8A Poseidon is a long-range anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft. In support of our customer’s ongoing maintenance contract, Forwarder provided high security ground transportation of aircraft parts between Boeing held companies (suppliers) and Department of Navy facilities. This security includes U.S. citizen driver w/ a level 2 background check and C-TPAT security for all loads on exclusive use vehicles.

Water Purification Systems – IRAQ

In 2005 and 2006, state-of-the-art water treatment and bottling facilities were constructed on six facilities across Iraq. Forwarder is contracted to procure generators, water treatments supplies, bottling assemblies, cleaners, and machine maintenance supplies. We are responsible to assure proper HazMat packaging requirements are met prior to transporting toxic liquids and corrosives via air. Timing of the purchase and delivery is critical to maintain plant operation. These facilities continue to operate today and are the exclusive supplier of bottled water to the US military in Iraq.

BELL OH-58 Kiowa Maintenance

Completion Date: January, 2015

In support of the customer’s maintenance contract for Bell OH-58 reconnaissance helicopter, we have performed consolidated shipments of aircraft parts and materials to Iraq, Afghanistan and South Korea. We also perform expedited service for time critical shipments where the aircraft was out of operation because of mechanical failure (AOG). The increased visibility and proactive notification through constant communication helped to mitigate transit delays. Transit time was monitored and communicated to the customer as this was a key matrix reported to the Army.

MINUSMA

The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) was established by the U.N. in April 2013 to support political processes in that country and to stabilize security for the population. The project involved the purchase of goods and vehicles from the U.S. and other countries of origin and delivery to the following African countries; Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea, Niger, Senegal and Togo. Our customer was very impressed that upon project completion, we were $956,617.29 under our allotted budget.
